This module was developed with search engines in mind. Every image that is created has an associated alt tag which lets search engines understand the images just as if they were text.

This mod is pretty nice, and very simple. However, it struggles a little with oblique/italic/script fonts, cutting off the last couple pixels. (encountered while using a Lucidia Calligraphy font)
Some parameter control over the sizing/spacing/padding of the image image would be great.

It's such a usefull extension. I find just one problem (a big problem). It dosen't alow us to put the menu in a horizontal way through the module administrator. Fixed this, will be a perfect almost a perfect extension.
An idea: If you put a way to generate diferent colour images for diferent status of the link, this extension will be perfect!!!

the output is css friendly which allows you to control the orientation of the menu as you choose through your design template
