you can use it to put your site logo, banners, announcements advertisements, flash mp3players, flash games, etc...
### Features (latest version) ###
for all media types:
* simply place any image type (jpg, gif, png, ..etc) or any flash file (swf) in any module position on your site.
* you can change the size (width and height) of the (image/flash) to fit your need.
* you can choose to publish and unpublish the (image/flash) according to dates: (a specific date, a monthly date, a yearly date, ..etc).
* you can align the held object (image/flash) to center, left, or right.
* you can add text above and/or below the held object (image/flash).
for images:
* you can link the image to a URL address.
* you can change the opacity of the image.
* you can add a (mouse over) opacity to the image.
for flash files:
* you can enable or disable flash looping after the flash finishes playing.
* you can choose the flash's quality: (Low, Medium, High, Best, Auto Low, Auto High).

Trying all the workarounds I could find on the web to get the Flash buttons in my splash page to work in Firefox/PC with no luck. This module installed in seconds *and* it cured my headache instantly. 5 out of 5 Joomla developers agree, this mod rocks- and you won't beat the price. I'm sending my donation as soon as I post this!
This extension is essential for many sites where you would want to place images in any position. I can't find anything wrong with it. It installs in seconds, and set up took a minute. You can duplicate the module and display different images in any position with no hiccup whatsoever! Props to Omar for such a great module!
I spent hours searching a way to display a webcams'picture (from an URL) as a thumbnail, and then displaying the whole picture by clicking over it.
I found a lot of solutions when images are already on the server, but nothing comparable to this one (image on external server).
Thanks to Omar's excellent module, I saved my day.

I tried several other optins but this module works flawless. Very easy and beautiful, I love it!
It just works. My first trial J1.7+Yootheme. If all 1.7 mods are this easy, I'm convinced.
I am the web guy for a non profit group. This extension has allowed me to place pictures where I want them without having to use a rotator that blinks like a flasher when there is just one picture. It formats great the tools for width and height do the job of filling the space you select. Good Job!

Extremely simple to use. I was able to assign this module to user4 and display on secondary pages (and use another slide rotator on the home page in user4). A sweet solution provided by Omar84
This extension is one that you have to have. I don't see anything to criticize. I use it in a personal blog and it helps me to enhanced it very well with its many possible uses. I don't have that much experience with Joomla and web technologies, so when I find an extension like this one I feel very happy because of its easy usage and deployment. Thanks for your inventive!
