Excellent component! Support is also excellent and fast!

Probably was a 5 star component in Jan 2009.

Now its dated, clunky to use (the save buttons are particularly aggravating) and tedious to custom design.

Adequate for a simple contact form.

Multi-page form - forget about it.

I understand that it has a lot of votes and a high rating - but I feel as of March 2010 this is a fair rating.

Saying all that - I'm still waiting on somebody creating the breakthrough form extension

RSForm is a great tool, but more importantly is the service. the support of RSJoomla is excellent.

An excellent component backed up with excellent support, all my questions have been responded to quickly with very helpful and accurate answers.

I am totally new to Joomla and have minimal programming skills so this module was a lifesaver! It is perfect but it is very intuitive to use and has a great amount of functionality. I have been very happy with this module and also have RSseo and RSfirewall all of which are a quality product. Also service is knowledable and responds quickly.

I recently downloaded RSForms Pro and needed support from their tech team. Once I sent a request in, they were quick to reply and fixed all my issues. For thsoe that don't know HTML or PHP, this is a great extension.

I had a problem with component extension. I submit ticket and I waited only 2 days for the answer - developer 've found a mistake in my translation.
I'm glad to have my form working.

thank you RS Forms Pro - I have tried two other types of forms both were ok. By far I have found RS Forms to be the most effective to use so far. Their support was excellent also and when I did need help they provided quick responses - I definitely reccomend this extension.

I have been very well impressed by the following:
- The speed of responses to my questions prior to acquiring the product.
- The speed of responses to my support questions after implementing the product.
- The flexibility of the extension. I have tried others but none can be considered at this level.

The level of customer focus by the developer is to be commended. I always had the responses to my questions when I needed them.
Answers to my questions were always detailed and resolved my problem first time.
It is hard to find this level of service anywhere else.

I rate this product as excellent for its well developed and extense functionality, ease of integration, flexibility and last but not least, for the excellent level of support that the developer commits to it.

I adore this extension! I can use RSForm! Pro to create a form and it always works! I like how fast it is to create a simple form. I also like how everything is customizable. If I want to put forth the effort to make a form look a certain way, or make an email form result look smashing, the html coding is completely accessible and editable.I noticed some users have posted that it takes a long time to set up a form in this program. It takes a long time to set up a form (and form result emails) if you are very particular about what the final layout looks like. But honey, trust me - it takes soooooo much longer to get the same results building it all from scratch!
I use RSForm! Pro on my own business site and for client sites, too. The ability (through plugins) to put a form in articles is super-useful. I am very happy with this product and feel it is a great price value.

I created a fairly complex form with validation, email notification, ip logging, referral, etc.
I also used a module to list form data in an article display.
I've had a problem with this display, used support, and with a little patience they solved easily the problem.
Never had any other problem.

I found RSForm!Pro to be much more intuitive to use than a previous popular forms generator I was using. I did have one issue/question which I sent in a support ticket for and they promptly replied with the exact answer I needed. I will continue to use this for all my forms needs. Great extension!!

Very good product, and when you have a problem, every question is very good and quickly answered!

RSForm!Pro is easy to install and use. If You need to bend the functionality of the component the excellent support will help you. I use RSForm!Pro as a stand alone component and together with RSEvents! I use RSForm!Pro on most of my homepages.

This is the second time I had to contact these guys for support and it has been fast turn around and great service! The second time I submitted a support ticket was because I was not smart enough to read the manual correctly. Alexandru was still supportive in helping me with our issue. Simple to use application and the really support what they do.

I've used RSForm and RSForm Pro. I have never regretted the investment in RSFormPro. It is very easy to use and I have always received fast and excellent support. I would recommend this to anyone!!!

I needed support to overcome a problem that a third part software caused making a form in RSform.
I wrote a ticket to the support and in hours they returned with a very competent answer.

The problem was solved and I'm happy.
