* Runs on every windows pc without any extra requirements
* Choose between Joomla 1.0.x and 1.5
* If there's already a templateDetails.xml file in your template directory, JoomlaXML displays it automatically so that you can directly modifiy it.
* You can save your data so that you don't have to put in your name etc. again and again
* Make a backup (optionally) of your template directory before generating the new templateDetails.xml file
* If you like, JoomlaXML deletes all thumbs.db in your template directory
* Files and directories are scanned recursively, that means that you are not limited to use only the directories "images" and "css". Use any additional directory structure you like.
Does what it says on the tin. Easy to use, Open, select the folder with the files, enter template name etc., and create.

Good generator, it creates a XML file of all the files in your template directory, you can simply fill in the fields about template name etc.
Only thing I miss is that the positions in your index.php won't be searched, so you need to add your positions manually. I'm not sure if that would technically possible, but that would be a nice feature!

I have used some tools to generate templateDetails.xml file but this tool is the best so far.
