Very poorly documented and supported. Most answers on the support forums are by Newbies like myself. This component like your other extensions may be released too early.

This seemed like an ideal component however whilst it installed perfectly (1.5.5 with legacy mode) it had some strange behaviour such as: Change the options and press save to be met by a pop up box with just an exclamation mark but no suggestion what is wrong (only yes/no options anyway!!), Add a question but the boxes don't show to add the answer - a major item in an FAQ component...

Hi Steve, you are right, we probably did release the component a little prematurely, but the problems have been sorted. Please go and download the component again and let us know if you have any further issues. And please consider revising your vote. Thanks!
