Component to be used in conjunction with the 'Extended UserInfo Module'. This component, together with the module, will 'resolve' the site visitor's Full Country Name and Country Flag based on their IP Address.
The component will populate the Joomla! database with the ip2nation information and includes the necessary Country Flag images. Because the component uses the Joomla! database, the resolution of the user's Country is very quick.
** Note ** The component is quite large at 374kb! The reasons for this are due to the number of queries to install to the Joomla! database and the included Country Flag images - almost 250!
Installation and Usage

Install like any other component - through the Joomla! Extensions-->Install/Uninstall menu. That's it! There are no configurable options for the Component itself. You MUST also download and install the UserInfo Module (otherwise nothing will be displayed!).

try installing the module first, though, since i got an error when i did the component first - this could be totally unrelated to this extension.
i was hoping to have this info on my back end/admin panel only, not showing it to site visitors.
perhaps the creators will find this easy to do now that they have this done.

Super easy to install, works like a charm just as in the demo. Thank you for sharing your work - we have a video-based site and this will help people identify which players they have installed. We've linked to you to promote your work.
