Thank you for the component. Install is OK, but it doesn't work with some errors. Hope the developer will fix it soon.

A very basic feedback system which works. The look and feel could be better. There should have been other options including validation and captcha

This component is a good idea. It is useful to me, as I needed a idea box component , 1.5 native.
To improve: The html is poor, you should use labels tags in the form and use w3c valid html. Also, why do you offer to the visitor to choose himself the date his comment is published, just use SQL's now() function.
