I have used this module. It does exactly as it says. It works perfectly and did not take up more than 2 minutes of my time.
The client is happy and I looked as if I know what I am doing - what more could I ask for.

I don't think it's fair to call this a reservation system. It is just a module for creating a form, somewhat specialized for hotels. There is no checking if there have already been bookings etc, and if the hotel is full on that date. So the hotel can receive 1000 reservations, when in fact maybe the hotel only has 20 rooms.

I needed a simple Hotel booking form, I tried to convert this module to do the job but I ended up wasting a lot of time because eventually the module didn't work.
The problem is in the support, since there is very little and poorly written documentation. The support forum is also not helpful at all.
I eventually used "Mad4Joomla Mailforms" and sorted out everything in a matter of minutes, obtaining brilliant results.
