Simple Page Options Module started as a small module which enables the users to bookmark sites and print pages, but it kept evolving until it became an All-In-One solution that has the following features:

* Fully Compliant with XHTML 1.0 Transitional.
* Fully Ajax/Javascript Module, no page reloading.
* Fully Customizable, the Site Admin Have a lot of options to choose from.
* Independent of Mootools (it will work fine with or without mootools).
* Supports All versions of: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, Flock, and possibly other browsers.
* Supports both (Left-to-Right) and (Right-to-Left) Sites.
* Supports 20 Languages: Arabic, Brazilian-Portuguese, Czech, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian
* Supports 14 social bookmarking sites: Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Stumble Upon, Google, Blogger, Digg, Del.icoi.us, Reddit, Yahoo! Buzz, Mixx, Windows Live, Diigo and Furl.
## Gives Site Users the following capabilities (in the pages that its published on):
- Add Site to Favorites.
- Add Page to Favorites.
- Make Homepage.
- Print Page.
- Share Page (Social Bookmarking).
- Save Page As PDF.

- Go to Page Top.
## Gives Site Administrators the following options (in the pages that its published on):
- display a custom note to Internet Explorer users to suggest other browsers, each with its download link.
- disable right-click menus.
- change the site's title so it appears as (Site Name - Page Name) instead of (Page Name), the separator is customizable.
- replace the default Joomla! Generator Meta-tag with a custom generator.
- force IE8 compatibility view, which means that IE8 users will see the site as if its viewed with IE7.

Although I had a problem with making the share this page function work, I really like this easy to install, useful extension. Thanks Omar. Looking forward to instruction to make the "share this page" work.
your module is so excellent that I disable the contact module that I used to use the one supplied with this module, thank you very much!
the module capabilities are gr8 and they were just what i was looking for. unfortunately, so far they have not worked because of a module conflict on my site but the programmer of the module has been an amazing help and has guided me through everything. i definately give this a thumbs up!

Kept getting page crashes when some regular expressions are processed using PCRE. Had a PHP pro look at this and couldn't fix it. Too bad as it seemed like this would have been a perfect Module.

you are the first person to ever report any error with SPO, its probably due to a conflict with another extension, or maybe your server.
This little program is perfect and has a BIG impact on my site. It is full of options and features that I would never have thought of... but now, I couldn't imagine living without it. I can't think of any other extension that has so much value with such a simple, user-friendly interface!

Very nice and useful extension. However, it does not render the icons correctly in Safari and Chrome, both which use the WebKit engine. If you look at the demo on your site, Safari and Chrome will only render 7 icons vs. 8 icons for FF, IE and Opera. My hack was to remove if ($plink!="") and else $icount--; from line 254 in the file mod_spo.php. Thanks!

this is not a problem, this was intended, because webkit browsers don't allow the user to add a page to favorites by clicking a link..
the only way to add a page to favorites in webkit is to click ctrl+D..

Yup, im very happy with this its simple but yet effective and im a very critical person but this is one of few extensions that i cant pick fault with. I really liked the download area because some extensions are in a download area full of confusing file names and im unsure at times which to select. With this you have an option of 1.0 or 1.5 now thats what i like to see.

This is a great mod, works out of the box. I did have some problems with the Ajax but that was due to my template I built. Contact/Support with Omar was very fast and friendly. If only all developers were like this, the IT world would be just that much better.

This is a beautiful extension, with lots of options and it works right out of the box. Its really cool you can set up a default text for the "email to a friend" page. Had to go in there and turn off that IE warning.
