mod GetFirefox Module

We all know what a pain it is to design around IE's flaws. This is a simple little module that checks which browser the user is viewing the site with. If it's Firefox, it says thanks. If it's not Firefox, is suggests they try it and gives them the link to getfirefox.com

I installed the module, but it does not show up in the IE. It does show up in the Safari or other browsers suggesting a link. But if it does not show up in the IE, I am not able to make my readers see it.

Thanks for this tool! Working with IE regardless of the version is a nightmare. We need all the support we can get to sway people away from that trashed browser!

Love it. So many people are afraid to switch because all they know is IE.

Like the other review, I wanted to see a Firefox logo. Simple to fix though.

Thanks a lot!

I looked into including the firefox logo, but according to the guidelines at: http://www-archive.mozilla.org/foundation/identity-guidelines/firefox.html, the logo can only be displayed on solid white or black background, no mid-tones or strongly colored backgrounds. Since I can't guarantee the style or color palette of the site it's installed on, I decided to leave it off. My guess is that a significant number of Joomla sites would probably have something other than pure black or white for the module background.

A very useful little mod.

Worth having for all those people who think that IE is the 'only' browser because it comes already installed on windows!

I like this module, and am using it live. I wish it had a Firefox image to make it prettier, but that wasn't hard to get around with a little php work. Nice job!
