two problems don't want me to enjoy it!:
1. I tried to register on http://www.joomlovers.net two times, but didn't become the aktivation link.
For that reason I post my problem here.
I hope people of http://www.joomlovers.net see that and would help me, because I like what the do very much.
my nick name choice was "bergg" and the second "bergg2", if you want to proof it. I dont need the second one.
2. On all pages of my site I can see the panel, except on my /index.php page. It becomes blank. All works all fine, but the frontpage doesn't want work.
Note: I get the same error with diabar. I really don't know what should I think. Any ideas?
Excuse me for my german english and thank you.

I have contacted the developer a number of days ago as I feel that the module does need some essential fixes or improvement.
Fix TopPanel module could be really useful for a number of purposes. However, it currently has some serious issues that will fatally crash some webpages, especially if these webpages contain content plugins, which automatically try to load themselves into the Fix TopPanel module. So, the Fix TopPanel module cannot be used reliably in content pages showing one or more articles and having one or more content plugins activated.

I love this thing! It's a great idea, but unfortunately for now I have to refrain from using it for two reasons:
1: There's no option to have the module 'hidden' on page load, which does not look good.
2: It makes scrolling in IE7 rather 'jumpy' and sluggish.
But: as soon as these two issues are resolved, I'll use this one over my current commercial solution that I paid for, because this is an absolutely brilliant idea!
Keep up the good work! :o)

Thank for your review Marauder.
I have test the module with Ie7 and don't see any 'jumpy' or 'sluggish'.... could you please post on our support forum some additional information?
