This is not just a translation of Joomla! language file. The TaiwanJoomla team works hard to make Joomla! work better in Chinese and UTF-8 environment. It allows you to choose your site's language (English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese) for both the frontend and the backend. All in UTF-8 code.

The Traditional Chinese version of Joomla is really awesome. Perfect translation of Joomla, with full community website (www.joomla.org.tw) and translated manual to support it. Quick updates to new versions and fixes. A must have if you are running Chinese sites.
