Support for Community Builder is added since version 2.0.0
Loaded and configured easily, I took some time to realise that I didn't need all the code from the janrain site, all I needed was the API code. Site is not under heavy user load yet so I will come back and comment when it is.

The extension works greatly on my site. The users of my application can login using their Facebook, Windows live, Twitter, or Linked-in account. However, I believe that there is a minor bug in the way it retrieve the user's information.
After the user log-in using their account (Facebook or Windows live, or the others), the module automatically register the user as the registered user in our joomla site. I noticed that the user's first name and username are correct, but their email address is not correct.
For instance, let's say my site name is : www.example.com. A user log-in using his Windows-Live account (test@hotmail.com), and his first name is John. After he log-in using his windows live account, I noticed that the module did not save the correct user's email address in the user's table. Instead of saving "test@hotmail.com", it saved "john@example.com".
Therefore, I cannot know the users' email addresses, and cannot email them at all. For this reason, I only rate this extension as 3 out of 5. I will definitely change my rating after this bug is fixed.

the module and plugin are simple to install. the overall setup with external parties application for authentication, like facebook connect, twitter connect, ect, could take some time but is worth it.
the package allows users to create an account or sign-in with facebook, twitter, yahoo, google, and more. it's that powerful and convenient!

Very smooth and easy to use, security may be an issue for some, but this is great for sites with low traffic to allow fast and painless comments and forum posts etc.
easy install, and easy to understand instructions for adding providers to your list. The free service limits you to 6 providers but you can catch all the big ones like facebook and twitter. I recomend you check it out.

This is an excellent component - I didn't even realize RPX existed but now I see it does and from my brief experience it is awesome!
Only thing is that for some providers, like facebook etc. you can't get their email address put into their Joomla profile. The component needs to prompt them after they sign in to enter their email address but otherwise this is perfect!

I have installed this plugin and it works great with Community Builder. Thats something I have waiting for.

BUT
Is not yet compatible with CB
Saying that the developers do say in their support forum that once they have released the stable version that they will then work on this.
So - If you do not have CB what are you waiting for follow the link and install it. Only takes a few minutes and is easy peasy

I gave 5 stars because it is 5 star extension and need to be part of joomla core but after i have installed it and had an error report I had to go to the support forum to find out that author had removed the curl support and integrated more unsecure solution that I dont want to enable on my server. Now I have to wait and see if this extension will go forward or backward??
Installation successfully and works great !!! This have to be in joomla as default plugin.
A bug i notice is that when i login with my facebook account for example , the shoutbox in my page (or the comments in an article view) doesn't show my login name until i refresh the page one more time.

The concept was great. Registering just by signing in through 3rd party email. which makes the new users life easy.....to register.. working great under my testing website.. but it should need to integreted to Jcommunity..and community builder makes the component the most wanted...Cheers.
