This extension has nothing to do with resetting password, but everything to do with changing a password that you already know.
Joomla has a password reset function and I was looking for something to improve on that. Sorry to say, this extension can not do anything for me as it is not possible to use to reset a forgotten password.
"Change password" would be a fitting name. It scores for doing what it does, but rates poor for not doing what it claims.

No problems to report from me! Installed and worked as described, very simple. A simple page to allows users to change their own password.
My members reported it was 'difficult' to find how to simply change their password. Standard process for editing your details (hence updating your password), takes at least 4 or 5 mouse clicks.
I looked around extensions and forums for some time before finding this extension, which achieved exactly what I was after! Thanks.
