FROM NOW ON, this plugin is not only for Community Builder; but also supports other user management components. Read on...
Although you unpublish Joomla's login module and use CB's (Community Builder's), when someone hits to ...option= com_registration&task= register he/she enters to Joomla's core registration page and may skip required fields in CB registration form . This utility (mambot) fixes the issue. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A CB PLUGIN, IT'S A MAMBOT/PLUGIN.
NOTE FOR CB 1.0.2 USERS
- From on this CB Release the security risk has been fixed by CB Developers. Users may not be able to see Joomla's core login and registration system; in stead system gives an "You are not authorized.." message. However, in terms of ergonomy I recommend to use this mambot; because it's a very tiny mambot that redirects corresponding requests to the supposed pages.

Now supports login redirections only for Joomla! 1.5, enjoy! See Changes tab in the release page for complete list of changes.
Thank you so much this worked great for Jomsocial. I tried to manually change the code to redirect the registration page to the Jomsocial registration page and nothing was working.
It was the easiest plugin to use, from installation and configuration great work and thank you for sharing :)

I needed custom registration forms for a couple of websites, one using CB and one using ChronoForms. This plugin is the perfect solution to all of my needs. Other components documentations don't stay up to date on modifying joomlas core registration so you can run into problems. I have the answer for you, use Disable Core Registration. Works beautifully!!!! Thanks for the free plugin!!! I will donate for sure.
I was searching a way to redirect users to register with jomsocial witch does not have a login module like community builder.Plus i did not want to add a register button in my main menu.So this plugin just made the trick!!Excellent!!Thanx again!I was desparate for a solution :)
I love this module. I have had two sites now that displayed a double login. One for Joomla 1.5 and one for Community Builder. Now with this module I can eliminate the Joomla login and just have the community builder login showing. Great module but my only suggestion is that it should maybe come standard with the Community Builder install. It Did exactly what I wanted. Thanks
I don't usually comment but I would like to say thank you so very much for this plugin. It saved me some headaches...Works very well and I'm so please with it.
This plugin is easy to use and simply works as stated!
Just the way I like it,simple because I'm stupid. Thanks for the solution
Works like a charm .... love it
Saved my bacon the first time I created a client site without external ACL and CB installed... very nice work.
