Requirements:

* Note: Geo Targeting will not work properly if using a local IP address to view (e.g. on a local development setup), unless in test mode
Geomla is 99.5% accurate at determining your visitor's country of origin. AOL users will be generally shown as coming from the United States, regardless of the true country of origin. Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that any country specific, licensed content, that you may display using Geomla,conforms to the license you hold, bearing in mind this accuracy figure.
Geomla uses a built in geolocation database licensed from Maxmind (Geolite Country database)

Update 10th May 2009: A bug has been fixed that caused an error when adding a new Geomla menu item on some Joomla installations.
For users who've already purchased Geomla and require this fix (version 1.0.2), please contact us at info@angelcoding.com. If you're not having problems then there's no need to request the latest version, as no other changes have been made.
Update 10th March 2009: A beta test version of Geomla v1.1 is now available to new and current users of Geomla. This new version allows for Geo Targeting of many Virtuemart features, and will allow the use of Maxmind's full GeoIP database to be used for 99.8% accurate geo targeting (as opposed to the standard built in accuracy of 99.5%).
If you wish to try this version, please email info@angelcoding.com using the email address you registered with upon purchase. Be aware that this version is not yet fully tested!
Update 4th March 2009: Latest version 1.0.1 fixes a bug which caused the Joomla core sef function to display an incorrect URL when targeting an article.

Great extension for targeting content to different countries - works amazingly well.

Geomla works beautifully and was easy to set up. I contacted the developer to ask advice on how to integrate Geomla with a separate third party module, and the developer responded very quickly with some custom code to solve my problem! Very helpful, very professional.

Yeah I'm an idiot. I rushed right into installing Geomla without really reading the instructions and got myself into trouble.
I emailed support and received the longest support email I've ever received in my life.
The reply was personal, and Steve (the member of support staff) ...
1) Solved my problem
2) Explained the cause of the problem
3) Completed the installation in full for me
4) Sent me personal step-by-step instructions explaining exactly what he'd done.
Aside from the great customer support this truly is a fantastic module that every webmaster should find a benefit from.

I would give this product more than 5 stars. It's so easy to use, there is a step by step tutorial on thier website and the best support I have ever had!!! I had one problem, I posted on the forum, within minutes I had a reply, and a fix not long after that. Thank you soooooo much!!!
