Scout tracks all the activity on your Joomla site that you specify. It tracks activity by using normal Joomla plugins, which can be enabled/disabled at will.
For example, if you wanted to track the activity in the Core Content Manager, you'd just enabled the SCOUT Content Plugin. Then, in your SCOUT logs, you'd see WHO acted on WHAT content article WHEN.

This plugin works almost flawlessly. It does exactly what they claim it does. The only problem is that there is no way to change the timezone that it reports. It should be in sync with the user setting, but it's not. If it had that feature, I'd definitely give it 5 stars.
Before this one, I used to use Activity Log (from Joomlapraise) but now I can see that this component is much better. Sorry guys you should make a small Tutorial how to use it. And more screenshots. Now I'm doing a polish translation.
