The more websites you have, the more JMonitoring you will need. Checking a list of websites is a complicated task and that is why JMonitoring has been developped.
JMonitoring helps you to keep an eye on every Joomla websites you manage and let you know if they were errors on them or if they have been hacked.

This is a great solution! I have quite a few website that i manage for my clients. This extension is perfect for checking all my client websites at once from 1 location. Does this save time or what!!

Well this is about as good as it gets. If you manage multiple websites it's difficult to keep up to date with all the extensions distributed everywhere. With JMonitoring all I need do is log into my master website and check the versions installed on all the clients.

Being a webmaster for a number of Joomla sites, one of the challenges is keeping on top of the different extensions and their versions. As the site list grows so does the challenge. Jmonitoring evens the playing field. One place to go to see a full list of all Components, Modules and Plugins is a true time saver. I am looking forward to further development of this extension and contributing through their forums. Keep up the great work!
Thank-you, I have been using JMonitoring for a while and am excited to see the new Joomla 1.7 version. JMonitoring makes it very easy for me to ensure all the websites I look after are up to date and to ensure that I am not running any extension identified as "vulnerable" in the Vulnerable Extensions List. Keep up the good work!
The great thing about this component is that it provides 2 extremely useful functions if you are trying to manage multiple website.
Firstly it lets you keep an eye on the status of your websites but secondly, and more important for me, is that you can have a cross reference of all the joomla versions, components, module and plugins that your websites are running and anyone maintaining multiple websites will know how difficult it is to keep up to date with all the latest versions!.
I had a few issues when first using the new version for J16 sites but the support from Alan was superb and all the problems were ironed out very quickly.
Also very easy to install and set up.

After installing this plugin on several sites I've designed, it seems that it works perfectly.
But the master module does not recognize joomla 1.5.20. It seems that an update to the module is required.

We use the JMonitoring component on a joomla 1.5.20 and we check distant sites that are on 1.5.20 too.
Could you please tell us a little bit more about your problem ? Do you get error message or everything else ?

If you manage multiple Joomla websites this component is definately for you. Without that it's fast impossible to remember which version of which extension you've installed and if it's still current.
It functions with both J!1.0 and J!1.5
For every professionnal managing mor than 5 websites it's really MANDATORY to use this component!!!

Suugestion:
I would like to have a check wether the current Joomla version of the remote sites are up to date or not ( perhaps indicated with red or green version numbers). Same (but a lot of more work) would be possible for the Extensions :)

It seems though, that not just any cURL will do. I have installed JMonitoring on 8 different sites, and all those where the webhost is running cURL v. 7.15.5, just don't work. I've described the issue on http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/jmonitoring/forum/?action=ForumBrowse&forum_id=12855&_forum_action=ForumMessageBrowse&thread_id=14667 and hope to solve it at some point.
But in general a very good extension and i really hope it will expand over time!

Very good extension for some one who's managing more then one Joomla site.
With this extension you monitor your Joomla sites and see what sites need update then with Joomla Update Manager you keep your sites up to date :)
How about integrate Joomla Update Manager with this extension so you can automatically update your sites from a central point. Since you can back up a site remotely with JoomlaPack.
