Sorry, before I say anything! Being a developer I may sound like a critic.
I tested this module in my J16 installation. It worked very fine though, when I chose to take ONLY ONE icon in the tool-bar, the default provided values in the XML reappears in the 2nd and 3rd icon fields (configuration).
Further you could have modulated the structure of coding so as to follow the standards. Hope it helps you for next release!

It is interesting how the extensions I value the most tend to be relatively small and very specific. This backend extension is so practical and useful. It saves me time and motion, and those are both in short supply for me. Thanks for this excellent addition.
