Installed without any problems on J2.5.4.
Busy but hey, admin people are usually geeks and we loe busy. Would'ne recommend it to a newcomer to Joomla, but I reckon this is a must have once you know weher you are.

So far, it looks good - very intuitive, but...
CKeditor´s overall performance went down;
Also, adding an image to an article ´Insert´ needs two clicks and then in the editor there appear to be two images. These two extensions don´t play nice together.
Akeeba Admin tools icon placement got totally messed up.
Oh well...

@Midron thx, alternate admin templates can be a challenge since there aren't many standard for admin components and extensions (we're working on the JUX project to fix this).
However we're always glad to help w/ specific issues if you report here http://forum.pixelpraise.com/viewforum.php?f=131
Installed easily.. awesome configuration options for the color scheme as well. Love it.. much better and well organized than the default.

I have tried several admin templates(some paid) and I still like this one the best by far. Perfect for customizing and simplifying the user interface my client sees when they log in to the admin side. Now the client can only use the components I give them permission to use and they don't get confused with dozens of components they will never use. Also very easy to navigate.
since I found this admin template I have installed it in all my sites, everthing is near to the hand! te admin parameter is the best thing on it, you can show menus to especial components to the admin user by level of access, great work, great gift!
20 seconds and everything done - a blast and truely faster than a bolt...

This is an excellent Admin template though I would argue it is far more than a template. It gives a greater sense of logic to the default Jommla! admin including smart shortcuts and recent additions.

I think my title says it all. I have developed a number of sites and most people feel that the standard Admin for Joomla is too awkward and has too many functions so they get confused. Along comes this template and wow so much customisation and it is FREE.
Results are great, others like the layout better and it will now be a standard install on all of our Joomla sites.

Excellent extension: simple install, but more importantly makes it really easy for my clients to manage.
Super: I can turn off components etc. so 'dumb' clients don't have access to anything but the very basics

At Web-JIVE, we build a lot of sites every year and we're about to do way more with a new offering we have coming out. The one thing we have always been concerned about with Joomla is keeping up with support and training. Admipraise Lite REALLY helped us with both.
What's helped us keep our support costs down, and training streamlined is the Adminpraise Lite template! It's now so much easier to train our clients to use Joomla because of the familiar "Tabbed" approach in the admin screens, instead of drop-downs.
You wouldn't believe how much of a difference this makes. You just say the word, Menus, and people know to click that tab. Articles, the same thing. Keep up the great work!

Joomla, is about choice however, and to be open-minded I installed AP Lite. It seemed OK, it felt like maybe things were a little easier to access. Then I started to create a new site, and things felt bad. Was it motivation, was it a lack of structure?
The simple answer, Joomla is simply better with AP Lite. You'll work faster and you will be able collaborate easier. Try it, it just simple makes you enjoy joomla even more.

This template is a must have for any serious Joomla administrator. It not only speeds up the admin site but also speeds up the process of just about every task in the Joomla Admin. I love how configurable it is and can't imagine how much work the author(s) have had to put into it to get it where it is at.
One thing I did notice is when the image is missing for a component in the components list the 'alt' text shows up and can run down onto the next component in the menu. Not a big deal at all but would be nice if it didn't happen.

This is my favorite admin template. Everything about this template, is amazing with the best part being FREE. Extremely easy to use and great design. I hope the developers of this continue to work on it.
