This is so simple to use. Just install it - know your pub ID and channel ID from Google and your setup. You can even pick the way you want to display the Google ads and the change is immediate. This tops the Google extensions hands down.

This extension is extremely easy to use & allows you to place Google ads anywhere your template allows! I'll send a donation as soon as Google send me one...

The Module is very good. Very easy to install in joomla 1.5. But when every time page is loaded, it is connecting to joomlaspan, burstmedia.net etc in the background.

When the module is disabled, there was no connection to these sites. There is defenitely some tracking or something else in the code.

Simple to work, yes it easy to install work great but... when its active on my site there is a whole lot of calls by the browser to lots of other sites, not just adsense site. The joomlaspan site etc etc...

Now I tested it when loaded and not and it's definately this module that send the browser off looking for other sites beofre loading the page. slows the page load a little too.

What is in the code that isn't required for it to work? Tracking code of sorts????? Couldn't find any disclosure about the actions but it makes me wonder what happens in the background. Am I making money for someone else by using it or am I adding to someones rank or similar?

If your looking to use Google Ads then this is a module you should use. All you need is your Google Publisher ID, no code.

You can choose your type of ad text or image or both, the design of your ads like the colours of the lines links background etc all without code. OK Hex colour codes ie #FF0000 for red.

I have this on my site and have earned a massive $2.17! Well you gotta start somewhere.

We always return to this module. It's currently operating on 10 of our websites. 8 are Joomla 1.0 and 2 are Joomla 1.5. We LOVE this module because it always works!

Not sure why but the rounded edges of the Google ads isn't working. No biggie, we can live with square!

This extension is a very useful tool, I just registered to give a thanks to the author here. I had to copy the Google adsense code and try to edit the page code to put it in a proper way. Now it's so simple, only choose several colors and input the publisher Id through the admin panel, then everything is done well. It's a very useful tool.

Exactly what is needed! Simple and powerful!

What I'm missing - maybe for the next release:
- centralized blocked IP addresses
- more blocked IP numbers
- blocked IP ranges

Realy quick and easy to set up. Configuring ads is a breeze in the parameters section.

I knew nothing about Adsense or putting it on a Joomla site yet I still found this module very easy to use.

I wish they could all be that simple!

I have had a Google Adsense account for several months but never got around to setting it up with my Joomla! 1.0.x site. This module made it incredibly easy to set up, customize the look, and place Google Adsense modules in multiple places on the site. I am very impressed with the module and very happy at how easy it was to use and fast to set up and begin using! Thank you for this module.

It is really easy to implement and configure google adsense using this module. Meanwhile, they provide great support for this extension. Try it out if you have not.

Overall this extension is great. The only negative I could find was the rendering performance under Firefox 2 (not sure about 3 yet, which uses a new rendering engine). This heavily noticeable when scrolling up and down. I know it's the fault of this extension since I tried disabling it and immediately the rendering performance was great. The rendering performance is also great with IE 6.0 (haven't tried IE 7 yet).

I don't know if it's possible to fix whatever is causing performance problems, but this is the only problem keeping me from giving it an excellent rating.

Great Module - easy to install.

I just couldn't get the rounded corners working so raised a support ticket on a Sunday afternoon. Later on I noticed the tooltips in the config section which helped me resolve the problem (I hadn't put the adsense ID in correctly - DOH!).

Monday I got a mail from the developers saying they had checked my URL and saw that everything was resolved.

How's that for great support??
