It's really simple to install and use:
1) Download and install
2) Enable the plugin
3) Define your advertising code
4) Define your placeholder (default: {myadv_here})
5) Insert the placeholder in your article, where you want to see the advertising.
Tested and successfully working with AdSense, Bidvertiser, Oxado.
