First of all, I have to say a big "Thank You" to the StackIdeas team for making such an awesome product! Of all the various blog components, EasyBlog is the best in every way. I've used it on multiple websites for a number of years and must say not only is it super easy to install and set up, but all my clients find it very easy to work with. The interface is very intuitive and the social media sharing features are awesome. The new Komento plugin makes it even easier to get discussions going on your website. Seriously cool!! Also, I must say the support is beyond exceptional. Keep up the good work guys!

As I said in the title, I normally don't do reviews(this is my first review in the Joomla extension directory). This product and support is good enough to be worth my time writing a review, and I am more than glad to support them.

I've been using EasyBlog since it was beta, and even when it was beta I got AMAZING support. In fact, you will most likely get a response within minutes! This is much better than some other extensions that may take a couple days to respond, even if your website is down.

The product itself works very well, and includes some amazing features such as Zemanta integration and automatic posting to the top social networks(Facebook etc). It also integrates with Jomsocial, and makes placing ads a breeze(includes adsense integration).

Easyblog also includes many useful modules including my favorite which is a slideshow module. The Easyblog team has been quick to add some features I have requested, and bugs I have reported.

If you are looking for the best blogging solution for Joomla, Easyblog is definitely the way to go.

It's rare to find an amazing product that's also backed up with outstanding support. While tweaking a Joomla site isn't hard compared to other computer professions, I'm only 5 weeks into the game so I needed something easy. The installation was a breeze, in an hour I had it linked to Twitter, Facebook, Linked and RSS plus I edited some of the code to match my site. Making the blog was literally drag and drop right onto the article, edited was done just like you'd do in MS Word. I did have an issue, the community answered my question quickly and thoroughly. That's another thing, you will never be left in the dark - the community is excellent so are the team who makes it so chances of you not getting an issue resolved seems to be very slim.

I'm really impressed with the component and the support that i got when my site was down. I would recommend this component for anyone interested in good service, support and excellent blogging service. No wonder its highly rated.

I am a Joomla! user since the days it forked from Mambo. I have installed many components and dealt with many developers over the years. In all this time I have never come across a component as outstanding as EasyBlog!!

The sheer quality of this extension is a joy to behold. The backend admin options are extensive but laid out in such a way that everything is easy to find. Each option has a clear explanation hint.

I realise this is not a free component but that does not matter...I would have happily paid double. There may be free blogging components out there but nothing comes close to EasyBlog. It is definitely money well spent.

The guys at Stack Ideas really know what they are doing. They have obviously given the UI a lot of consideration. The way the extension hooks into other common tools such as Facebook, Twitter, JomSocial etc is fantastic.

Onto the service...WOW! These guys really know what service is. I have had a couple of queries and each time the response was fast, accurate, and polite. They put other companies to shame!

Other extension developers should look at what Stack Ideas are doing with their components, website, and support. Catch them if you can!

I have been so impressed with them that I purchased their EasyDiscuss component having only just purchased a competitors similar extension a few days before. The difference in features and service is phenomenal.

I can't wait to see what these guys come up with next. I'll be first in line to purchase it.

This software is great and so is the support.

My clients are very happy with this software as it is very easy to use and actually makes blogging simple and intuitive.

These guys know how to do support. Usually the updates go smoothly but this time I had messed up my blogs front page during an upgrade. They had the site repaired about 40 minutes after I submitted the ticket. EasyBlog is a wonderful blog component. That coupled with their support makes it a an easy recommendation.

EasyBlog 3.0.8 is Easy to install and setup on J2.5 and EasyBlog 3.5 is looking Great. You can configure this product to do what you want it to do out of the box. If you want to do more or not quite sure what to do, is where the part of the wow factor of this product comes into play. We have here one of the best support team I have seen on the internet. They are very active and responsive in their forums and support desk. They work hard to answer our questions, fix our problems and theirs... Always check out the forums to see how committed a company/person is to their product.

I don’t know what is more amazing in this very case – an excellent application or absolutely unique support given by the team of EasyBlog developers. Their extension has everything except it doesn’t serve you a whisky :) Modern, efficient, elegant, it works like a charm. And if happens, which is very rare, that you have any problem with it, do not worry at all, as there is always a group of your Friends, always ready to help you. Immediately and with unbelievable patience.

I told them once that on their way to holiness they have made a huge progress. It would be difficult to count all good deeds they delivered to me, patiently carrying the necessary help in moments of deep doubts ...

Wow this very easy to install and works just as it should. Due to my own errors I required support although it was not through a flash ticket type system the response was almost immediate and by far the very best I have ever had in the years I have been using Joomla and all the extensions floating around.

I have been using Easyblog for a while and i have to say it is the best out there. I have used others but the features packed into Easyblog are incredible.

The support you cannot fault with answers being attended to within minutes sometimes.

I bought Easy Blog based on several other reviews about the support, and you surpassed any expectations I had regarding the help I would receive. Even with my most basic questions, Sam and Mark responded with very relevant information to solve my issue quickly. I have not experienced support like it elsewhere. THANKYOU!

In fact it's impossible to place a negative judgement here. For me Easyblog does exactly what is expected. Of course there were some small issues but that's where their exceptional service comes up. I've never seen such a fast, friendly and high quality support before. They reply amazingly fast and even hack your code on the backend if necessary.
Thumbs up for the Easyblog team ! I hope you can keep this level of support.

Great Component, Great support, is the best!

Purchased less than a week ago to use on a site where I am also using a 3rd party template. It took a little tinkering but this is a great product with tons of functionality. I can't see how they could have put more in this program. There are a ton of useful modules with great parameters. The best part, their customer service is the best I have ever seen. I personally wouldn't purchase any other product. EasyBlog has a new fan!

Being a novice, I was too impressed with the easy setup and the the range of easily managed controls. Even better, when I had a problem, they found it and fixed it immediately.....and It wasn't even their fault......WOW!

I have used Easy Blog for quite a while and love it.

I just migrated my 1.5 site to a new 2.5 site. In the process I had problems with my install of Easy Blog.

The support was awesome. They fixed the problems very quickly. I could not be more satisfied. I wish other developers has this quality and support.

You know when you look at something and wonder if the name on the box is designed to lull you into a false sense of security? How you've bought one of those "Something for Idiots" books and still didn't understand it? This was kind of how I approached Easy Blog. Easy - yeah right - if you are an IT grad geek. But right out of the box it worked. I was set up and published in about 5 minutes - actually it was less - because that included writing my first blog post.
In no time at all I've integrated it into my twitter account - and tomorrow I'm going to look at how to get it working with facebook.

I had one tiny issue - there was a conflict with Artio SEF. I can tell you that, not because I figured it out - but because I sent a support ticket and got a reply - complete with a fix AND an explanation in about 2 hours (and - this made me smile - an apology for the delay in responding!)

I cannot rate the support highly enough and from what I can see on the back end - this extension will do everything I'm ever going to need and then some.

If you are looking at the options (and I have struggled with a couple of others in the past) you can simply stop looking. For once an extension that does exactly what it says on the box - Easy and Blog

With this amazing tool and the support provided by the EasyBlog team, I was able to set up and launch my new organizational blog in just a few short hours.

This is BY FAR the best component for blogging. I don't want to sit here and list all the reasons because I will end up being at the office past midnight. The install is super easy, the modules they provided are beyond helpful and the best part of it.. No joke, I emailed their customer support for help on editing some PHP files and I got a reply back within 10 minutes. Literally, 10 minutes! I've NEVER had such fast response time in my entire life. Not from the mom and pop shop, not from the multi-billion dollar companies. I hope these developers release more products because other companies could learn from their support. Customer for life.
