after installation server answers 'incompatible compression method'. Ok, i take an step back with browsers back buttun and receive a the joomla uninstall form... i click on uninstall... and get a error in joomlas backend 'delete DB-tables by hand'. I do this via PHPmyadmin. Start the System new and find 4 Icons in j-backend... next: they link to the deleted directorys... and MUCH more problems. i use joomla since years, and never ever get ao much errors, things they dont work and a software without any functional uninstaller. Into this Extention-Section here must a deeper level the 'very poor' for such cases.

Well, I have been around joomla for over a year now, and going from total novice to component programming.

Fiddling around to know and understand, you see a lot of things.

I got around a lot of CCK (Content Creation Kits).
You find some easy ones to use (out of the box) and you find some others that are ment for people ready to spend the time.

Very active forum to help anybody from total novice to gurus, and most important everybody is nice to answer you, and fast too.

You can never feel lost in you development because you always have assistance.

Personally words cannot describe what awaits you when you decide to use jSeblod CCK, but one thing for sure its power will not deceive your expectations.

This component is fantastic - it lets you do things that joomla alone can't do - My client wanted to be able to add their own classified ads and with Jseblod CCK it was easy. when I had a little trouble sorting out the front end view I asked for help in the forum - they were fantastic - they sorted out the problem and straight the way. I installed it on a customers site and when i played around with it, I decided that it would be better to learn on my own Site. Its a great user interface, i just felt, that i need just one or two days to learn, because this component so great an powerful. And now the best: After all that testing i removed that component from the customers site and was back to my default in about a second, Nothing of my installation was touched in any way. Not even one setting was changed.

I have tried most of the CCK components listed in the directory, and this is by far the best one. The install went smoothly, the component provides a lot of flexibility and isn't to difficult to learn, and all of my request for support in the forum were answered quickly. Keep up the good work Jseblod!

It's what Joomla needs - easy to use CKK! AND IT'S FREE!!! ImHO it's just better than K2 or FLEXIcontent.

After watching very basic video tutorial I've created very nice user - profile form. After rapid answers on my questions posted on jSeblod forum I've created not only custom template to make it look even better but also some cool fields that I've never ever dreamed to be created in Joomla by non-php dude!

jSeblod also adds extremely useful basic ACL options - like edition of articles e.g. only by author+super admin!

And it works perfectly with everyting I've used till now (jce, great plugins like "easycaption", rockettheme templates).

1.5 is still not in final versions (RC4-2) when I'm writeing this review but it's fully stable, I've installed it on my mature sites, uninstalled and installed again without any loses in content or functionality.

It has my full recommendation. That functionality should be added to core of future Joomla versions.

This is maybe the most important extension for Joomla 1.5. It's absolutly amazing, what you can do with it.

It makes your Joomla Life easier and faster.

If you think "i need a CCK"...so should be this your first choice.
Compatible whith all other Joomla extensions.

And if you translate it in German Language, dear Developer Team, you will get a 6th Star from me.

Are you working with SOBI2? Trust in me, you need this one too and you will love it to work with both CCK's. And if you need more different Style, for different Content, then use K2 additional. I'm using for my webportal all three CCK's and i have all opportunities.

4- Keep Joomla 1.5 core magic plug-ins & Modules..
5- with little Tips/Tricks integrate what ever-Extensions you like.
6- Keep it simple and secure, but handy and flexible.
7- Speed-up your time.. touch the sky with no limits
8- Designers have the best Offer ever to show their magic-templates.
9- Use CCK again and again and again via Packaging your content/Templates/Fields...
10- Reduce cost of designing a professional website for you and for your clients.

This is an excellent component for Joomla. I run the websites of a very large organization with many people needing to add content to the website. This is the solution that has saved me a lot of time!

Although it may seem a little overwhelming at first, I encourage you to spend some time with it. The things this developer are doing with Joomla are very exciting!

Thank you jSeblod Team for this excellent tool! As far as I know it might be the best one around. You can have submitted content sorted automatically into your categories of choice (Joomla core) and many more things of course.

It is so versatile which also means that if you want to explore its capacities it can get quite complex too. That's why I'm so grateful to the jSeblod Team and their quick support in the Forum.

i must say i was very upset to see that this component changes the administrator template without asking first. this is made worse by the fact that the uninstall does not completely remove the component.

This extension is really milestone for joomal. I've tried many ( commercial ) CCK applications but this one is far the best. Many thanks to developers.
Yes, I almost forgot, the support is fast and helpful.

I have just started using this extension and Bes the developer is very quick with answers on his forum. This extension has many features and i am still learning it.

Right now his website where this extension is a custom them which stands out from any joomla site you may visit(it may be too busy for most however its original)so don't let that distract you from downloading and trying this extension.

I am using the free version and free support and both are great.

He offers paid services and advanced releases of extension and if all of that is like his free stuff I know you will have super service.
