If you are like me and write a lot of articles with Microsoft Live Writer or w.Bloggar you don’t want to go to your Joomla! admin and set the article you just created to show on the front page.
No, you want this to happen automatically.
And now it does ! This plugin will set the article you created with a offline editor on the front page.
This Auto Publish plugin just does that for you.
Just put in the right category or section (or none will publish all) you want to auto publish within joomla! and visit the front page of your site.
Please test it on a demo server first before applying on your own live site !

Despite no documentation, lucky installed. plugin doesn`t work (j25). I wrote for help, without answer.

Can you tell me what does not work?
I purchased Auto Publish a couple of weeks ago and it would not install. There is no documentation anywhere to be found - not on the website, not packaged with the extension, nowhere. I contacted the developer twice, but have yet to receive any reply. That is my experience and it cost me $10 (10 Euro) to find out. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this one.

I think I did not receive your mail as I help everybody with installation of the extension when needed.
This plugin does exactly what it says it does, with zero issues. Other free plugins that do the same thing do so in such a way that it can cause issues with how your front page looks. This plugin has caused zero problems.

Thank you. I've got a new 1.6 version tested to the bone!
I was shocked looking through Joomlas article parameter options and not able to find an option to automatically publish to the frontpage! This is just what I needed. And the ability to set specific section and category id's it really nice. Thank you!

Same thought here, why is there no auto publish funtion inside Joomla! ?
