After downloaded, please Unzip the file, and you will see mod_newstimeupdate_v16 (for Joomla 1.6) and mod_newstimeupdate (Joomla 1.5)
Also, the installer use 1.6 Updater at mod_newstimeupdate_v16 (for Joomla 1.6) and 1.5 Updater mod_newstimeupdate (Joomla 1.5)
