The Article Deleter is a module that let you trash, archive or delete (completly remove) articles from Front. The Article Deleter Module shows all the article-titles on the current site in a list. The user can thereby choose from the list which articles are to be trashed, archived or removed. The Article Deleter have custom settings/parameters in back-end that allows you to choose which users or user groups that will have access to the trash, archive, or remove the article buttons.
The features of The Front-End Article Deleter Module:
* Let users delete, archive or remove articles from Front.
* Let administrator set access on the buttons based on user group or user ID.
* Notify any user (by e-mail), when an article is removed.
This thing works great. He has another one called front-end-article-creator.. these work great together, you can use it for multiple user submissions and deletions.. once logged in.. each use can submit their own articles and delete them as well. Add a simple check mark next to the article you'd like to delete and click Delete .. doesn't get easier than this guys! worth the money. (not to mention the customer service is great.. very quick to get back to you).
Has this ever been provided before now in this easy to use format? The possibilities are fantastic. In less than 30 minutes I have installed and tested these modules. One of the pitfalls of creating a community website is how to encourage people to come forward and contribute to the site without feeling like they must be technical. This module along with the article-adder and module texter will give me SO much more freedom as an admin. Thank you!
