They will be added to the shoppingcart and ready for creation after they have confirmed their tickets.
Then you do the magic click and the tickets will be created in PDF format and are ready to send it to the customer.
Because it's not sure if Joomla! will continue PDF writing we have added our own PDF library.
Check out the demo on our site.

I like what I see so far, but after paying the 19 euros for the package, I don't feel I bought anything useful. The back end is mostly in German, but this I fixed rather easily with google translation service so its a minor issue.
This extension has the potential to be a great Joomla extension for ticket processing and sales once it reaches maturity. I hope that the developers keep working on it and integrate a payment gateway like paypal.
I recommend you don't pay for this extension until it has a viable payment option, because it is not very useful without one. The Seminar extension basically does the same thing as the current iteration of this extension and that extension is free to use.

PayPal has been adeed :) Backend is completely English and multilanguage. So I guess you have your Joomla! settings wrong. But thanks for your feedback

In looking over the manual - which is also still in development - http://pro.rd-media.org/ticketmaster.pdf - this componant looks extremely promising. The site leaves very little to look at however, and no description of the componant itself (Had to search google to find the manual).
I think once they get some sort of payment method in place, and the ability to select seating arrangements, they will have a fantastic opportunity on their hands to fill a major need in Joomla Extensions!
Keep up the development - and we hope to see good things from this one.

Some minor tweaks required but overall it is fantastic and a much needed solution. The payment gateway is a massive and I will be all in when it is available with payment gateway options.

I wish there were a demo period, but when the payment integration is added in this will be great for indie musicians

Just let me know when the PayPal integration is ready. Then I'll give it a run for it's money.
