Simple HowOld Plugin

Simple HowOld is a content plugin for Jomla 1.6 , 1.7, 2.5 and 3.0 that replaces all "SimpleHowOld" tags with a static string breakdown of the time passed since the date you provided in the tag until present. The string returned is formatted similar to "22 years, 6 months, 3 weeks, and 12 days". Commas (,) ands (and), spaces ( ) and plurals (s) are placed into the output formatting automatically as appropriate. Hours, minutes and seconds are not output since those units are just too trivial for the static output HowOld returns.
