GCalendar Action Pack ComponentPlugin

The GCalendar Action Pack adds advanced features to the popular google calendar extension GCalendar. Now you can create google calendar events direct from your joomla installation. A plugin adds share buttons to the event to publish them on twitter, facebook or goolge plus. If you would like to add comments to an event, now it is possible with the GCalendar Action Pack.

For the relaunch of the homepage of my sports club I was looking for a way to give the staff the possibility to easily create and share events - so the idea rose to create some calendars by Google. With the help of the GCalendar Action Pack the staff only needs one account for the new homepage and can create events right from the frontend which is just great.

I had some problems at the beginning regrading the daylight saving time and the developer spent great time and effort to help me fix it. Thanks for that!
