Awful documentation for a complex component

Took a punt on this component, as I am trying to bring some quick Group interaction without the need for something as complicated as JomSocial or CB.

Unfortunately this was a big fail. HM is littered with typos and the documentation makes things even more confusing!

After one hour of trying every possible way to get this working, I gave up.

at 22 dollars I decided to give HMCommunity a try. It was a waste of my time and money. Absolutely nothing worked. In Joomla 1.7 you only have two menu choices you have (when adding menu items) and both bring you to a blank page. With Joomla 1.5 you get a full list of menu items (community login, albums, groups and so on) but you can't log into the community. Adding a new user doesn't work, after adding user and trying to login you get an error message saying user does not exist. But when trying to re-register you get an error message saying the user name already exist. There is no way to add a user manually in the back end.

The forum is no help at all. there are only two topics in the forum, suggestion box and welcome mat. there is nothing about hmcommunity at all.

The package does include a user manual. But all it does is list the features, nothing about setup and using the component.

First you can create Forum category from the front-end if you want than. After getting your forum topic with in 5 minute we are reply there , if you don't setup there than our team setup everything same as our demo right?

In Joomla 1.7 you are not given permission for user registration other wish our component working fine. We are give you user manual also how to our component work, Also we are provide the Video for HM community how to setup on your site. Our team give you 100% support until client not satisfied with our product.

Joomla 1.5 Working fine than is already shown in demo, not to more tell us about joomla1.5. In Joomla1.5 we are provide you our own menu in our component same as Joomsocial, Just need to make it Login link not require to make it other link.

You just need to reply team if you are not satisfied than, our team already told you give us detail just minor configuration require.

Your money still not wast our team ready to help you if you are reply there on forum.
