I run a property business where I manage properties for landlords and have a portfolio of properties that I manage. It was easy to install, configure and run. For a component that provides such a vast range of features and options it was easy to use. Support is fast and effective and I was able to customise it to my need without any major issues.

I used several extensions of this kind and I stayed in this one.
I even asked for a Specific Extension (for mijosearch) to find content tickets in a global search .
All is not perfect even if the updates are frequent .
- Unlike " MaQma Helpdesk " no integration in Jomsocial (avatars, posts in the thread ... )
So we cannot have new posts directly in the internal messaging or notifications in Jomsocial when a new support or a answer is posted (for the users and for the Admin).
- No possibility for the administrator to see or to answer all questions in the backend , he must be in the frontend.
- No possibility when consulting the tickets to click and to have a pre- visualization(waste of time..) .
- No translation in french ( a plugin for Falang / JoomFish Plugin but not for KMFasTrans Pro) but even if there are many additions to make for a better integration, it is a very good support Tools.

3. The fantastic feature is a pool of ticket handler ---
who can be listed for customers to choose. What does it mean ? It will encourage handler to offer better service and maintain the loyalty of customers, thereafter the generating of purchase.
The support team for this software is fantastic. I ran into a small problem when I updated the software and they quickly provided a solution that worked. Additionaly, I suggested an update, deleting an attachment from the ticket, and they added that functionality very quickly.
Easily configurable, guests can submit support requests.

Several time I asked for little missing features, and the developer added it or explained me how to add it (through the plugin system). Realy THE solution for the support and documentation !
The support is great and the price is fair.
There are a lot of great features like checking a mailbox and importing mails in the helpdesk. With this feature you can create tickets from other extensions like breezing forms.
With the email templates you can create easily mails and you can insert links so users can jump to the ticket.
The included FAQ and Knowledgebase system is great, too.

Freestyle is able to be configured with minimal content and so easily understood by my colleagues, and implemented by me without too much difficulty.
I have needed support to make the testimonials work in place of Hikashop comments, because I prefer Freestyle Testimonials. Support was excellent - I suspect that the Joomla Community in general are on the side of the fair and just, but still expected a brush-off: "It's a HShop problem" or some such. I got the complete opposite response with an extremely helpful can-do attitude from Freestyle folk, who didn't make me feel stupid (which I probably am!).

But it works very well! I had some issues because we still have a former joomla installation and got immediately support and a solution to the problem!
