* Customer: submit a ticket, post a new message in a ticket
* Staff: manage ticket information, reply to customer
* Administrator: manage ticket information, delete message, reply to customer
* Customer receives notification mail when staff replies to his/her ticket
* Staff receives notification mail when there is a new ticket a message sent from customer
