It works entirely from the front end (wish list: back end access, please, to tickets for administrators, since that's where they're usually working anyway.)
Four-and-a-half stars, really good. I'm nicking it a little because the configuration is a touch below par, there is no online documentation, and there is no 3.0 version (but they're working on it).
The Joomla Users sync plugin has to be installed separately. It would be nice if this was included in the package.
The front end is a bit overwhelming, but shows everything it should show. Great work!

It is a very complete system, that really supports the helpdesk and can be tweeked to your needs.
If you are a tradesman, especially not very good a bookkeeping this component will give you professionalism and less time on the books (yes i did really say that :) )
People creating a helpdesk component and giving it for free, really do their part in helping! :)
I have tested it on Joomla 2.5.6 and it is ready for production use!
The developer is proactive (I see him logged in and working on the code daily). Closing the gap between Commercial products this is a winner for your I.T. Department.
My main reasons for picking this product?
-ease of use for myself and clients
-demonstrates certain ITIL principles
-developer tests and checks his code regularly
-has the right balance of features and built-in solution database (you can search incidents for your prior solutions!)
-developer is quick to resolve user issues
