I understand that the extremejoomla team has had support issues in the past, but I haven't experienced them. I've been running JForce with amazing success for several months and have gotten amazing support from both the forums and support ticketing. The level of support has been amazing with fast turnaround (less than 24hours). The product itself is by far the best Project Management platform and a superior CRM platform that are completely integrated with Joomla, no bridges, no patches, no hacking of the Joomla core. JForce has been instrumental in our company providing better support, better sales follow up and better management of projects. I can't speak highly enough about this extension. Yes, it will hit you in the wallet, but it's an investment that will pay itself off in new sales and repeat business.

This is a great looking CRM with ALOT of functionality. I will admit there are some things that need to be worked out, BUT the admin is amazing and it working hard everyday to solve issues. They are attentive in the forums and helpful on support chat, just remember they may not be able to answer you instantly because they have other people to help.

Basically what i did was buy the component, put it on a test joomla site and work with the admin to get it right before I install on a live server. Also you have to make sure you actually read the documentation and setup the system before reporting a bug, i found somethings i thought were issues, were really just parts of the system I forgot to setup.

Overall great system with great features, and it looks good as well. You will need some patience to get it right before you take it live though.

Oh and there are a few people in the forum that are very helpful as well : )

I just bought it and i was stuck on access restrictions and through a live chat I get all resolved in 15 minutes. Thanks men..!!!

Hello, i baught this component Jforce but it dosn't work on my website, my website work fine it is joomla v1.5.14

i have Put the lates version of jForce

I have seek for solution it seams that the problem is coming because the website is SEO ON.

i can not turn OFF the SEO because i would loose it all. we all no a website with no SEO dnt worth nothing.

for SEO i am using the standard parameter from joomla globale configuration and not 3th party extention.

I have try the Forum, posted 4 time already, there is nobody to answer, i have try submiting a ticket it is the same

The latest version of JForce (2.2) addresses the issues of the SEF url's. We do request a 24-48 hour turnaround for completing a request on a customer's site and responding to the issues. This user has not waited before posting directly to Joomla! reviews, which is distressing to us that users are so incredibly quick to post a negative feedback without waiting for an acceptable answer.

Anyone that has problems is welcomed to contact us directly, and now you can call us as well: +1 336 506 6131. We welcome anyone to call us if you feel you have not received a quick enough response through the forums.

It is clearly stated that the forums are for community support and not for dedicated technical support. The ticket submission process takes some time for response and help as we offer a high level of customer service and work directly on our client's sites. Obviously it takes a bit longer to handle requests since we are doing so much work on other people's servers.

We would encourage this user and any other that have problems to call us or submit a ticket and wait the requested amount of time for a response. And always make sure you have the latest release.

We have a goal to provide excellent customer service and we regret that some users resort to posting immediate feedback without first waiting the requested amount of time for contact from our support team.

SEF URL's are fixed and working in the latest release and users should be sure they have the most recent release before contacting us for support issues as this will be the first thing we will check.

Here's the problem. The software has a ton of bugs and is NOT ready for a commercial site. It lost my entire system 3 times, and had to start from scratch. The back up option they have in place does not work and my guess is that it never will.

The company releases patches that are suppose to fix things, but they don't test the patch and the bugs end up not fixed. The support here is terrible. If you can get someone online, your lucky. They advertise as being available from 9-5, but your lucky if you get 1-2 once a week. Emailing is hit or miss. The phone number and email on your receipt will be invalid and/or disconnected. If you file a trouble ticket, it goes into a black hole never to be heard from again.

Worst of all, they converted the site and I lost access to the downloads I PAYED for. When I mentioned this to the head honcho (David) I was told that wasn't his job. They offer no gaurantees on anything. If you buy this kiss your cash goodbye. This in itself should explain to you the quality of the product you will get. They can not afford to gaurantee their product because they would go broke.

Also make sure you watch out for false advertising. They will tell you the software does something that it does not do, or they will tell you they will be releasing something that wont be released. This is very previlant. I think this is also the reason they don’t let you have access to the forum for this product prior to purchase. If they did you would not buy.

Plain and simple, I would not refer anyone to do business with these guys. I wish someone had warned me prior to purchasing.

This user had requested help and unfortunately did NOT receive our typical level of customer support. We have undergone some changes in our management and customer service and unfortunately this user was neglected. We accept complete blame for that.

We recommend backing up your system before any upgrades and never applying a patch that you are unsure of. If you have any questions we will work quickly with you to ensure that things run smoothly, even fixing things on the client server. Unfortunately, in this case, some of these details were missed.

We encouraged this customer to work directly with us but did not get feedback on specific problems being faced and we would be more than willing to reconcile things with them now.

Our forums are for customers only as code can be freely posted in the forums and shared among users, obviously we do not allow this access to the general public.

We regret that we did not meet our own customer service standards as well as the customer's standards in this case but can promise a quick fix if they or others are interested. Customer satisfaction is a high priority for our company and we look to resolve any issues with this user or others as they arise.

I bought this thing ages ago and have had promise after promise that it would be up and running - it's not, it's expensive and most definitely not going to deliver you anything for results.

This user has requested additional features beyond the product. We offered customization services however the client was not interested in paying for unique, customized work. We worked with her on her server to ensure that things were working as necessary. We encourage users to contact us to resolve problems and we will work quickly to resolve any issues.

In my opinion, this extension is even not close to stable version. It has lots of major problem.
Their support service is very poor and you will be lucky if you get response back.
I know there are few peoples who have given five stars to this extension. I don’t know who these peoples are But I believe these peoples could be who have no idea about extension or Extreme Joomla team commenting them self.
On their website this extension is graded “D” by peoples who bought it and tried it.
I will not recommend anyone to buy this extension. If you have lots of money and you like to waste it. Then give a try
Otherwise I will post another comment when this extension becomes useable and bug free.
This extension will be a great extension if they fix all the major problems and improve their support quality but at this time it just waste of time and money.

It is a bit far from Excellent.
Our company needs a CRM for the Franchisee in the other states, also we have something around 5000 clients contact. I am not sure if I will be able to trust to use this component.
I have played with the demo, it wasn't very convincing.
But overall I liked it and I think it will be a great CRM oneday.

I purchased this some 12 months ago and have abandoned this product. They are quite happy to take your money but the support is atrocious. I have contacted them, but with little result. I recommend ProjectFork. It is free and as good, and does not come with attitude.

I don't normally do this as I think the developers of Joomla extensions are brilliant. Extreme joomla it certainly is.

We have had a solid CRM for over a year and a half now and have greatly increased the functionality with JForce 2.0. We offer complete support for our products - and often fix issues not related to our products in order for them to work on various templates and setups.

I've just started testing this extension and I can see a ton of potential. We have searched and searched for a system other than Salesforce (and the other outrageously priced software) that has invoicing and quotes, CRM, and project management integrated into one package and this is the first one that looks like it will end up doing everything we want. It was also nice to see that the developer was quick to respond and very into developing the project further when we contacted them.

I only tested this component for a couple of days, but have so far been amazed at what it is capable of. Sure it has a long way to go before being safe enough for production sites, but the guys over at ExtremeJoomla are pulling out all the stops to bring this beast to the top of the CRM List. I visited their website looking for support and did not even need to leave the homepage, thanks to their instant-live-chat service.

Summery:
Excellent Service.
Excellent Support.
Poor Stability. (Beta)
Amazing Potential.

The only thing I found deeply troubling was the fact that it does not support SEF (yet) which will be supported in their Stable release. Apart from this, it is an excellent addition to any Joomla website, and will certainly see me checking out via PayPal when the time calls. :)

Already have the JForce Suite installed and working with it(without problems) on our client's site... nice product!!

We convinced our client to switch from SaleForce.com to this and feel confident it will do the job. Nice Features, looking forward to 2.0.

This package has a lot of functions, but it does not contain a lead management system. Maybe I missed something and the UI is poorly organized. But I'm missing lead/prospect history, schedule events, next steps, etc. SugarCRM does a much better job here although the reporting in the open source version stinks and there are no ERDs available.

We're pretty excited about the upcoming releases for 2.0 and the new Leads Management tools. We've written several new features including Lead Scheduling, Reports (based on Leads/Sales), Lead Weighting and Sales Campaigns. They will be available in RC3 or the stable version.

I was very excited to finally try this product. It looks great, seems to be well coded, and yet... there are so many bugs I wouldn't know where to start.
I posted questions and tickets on their site and after 2 weeks, nothing. In fact, their forum is not moderated and flooded with spam.

Here goes my $250... :(

Bottom line: it looks like they simply abandoned the project.

I am a developer and I hacked this thing left and right and still didn't get close.

It has so much potential... if only there was somebody on the line!
I don't want to appear negative in any way about this product but if you buy it and it's not the cheapest out there, be prepared for some fire fighting!

It is buggy but if you are a developer you will find yourself around the code in no problem (not like other vendors that encode everything and you have to put up with it).

This is a great product that fits in with joomla niceley and I like the fact the that the developers have kept the joomla theme, by this I mean not using large flashy icons that look silly and using every page as an advertising banner. If you want a component to look professional then this is leading by example.

Yes the bugs are a pain and if I'm honest it doesn't look like it was tested properly because the bugs really are minor things that should be picked up in the first phase of any testing cycle.

I've not tested the support yet and that is the real proof that these guys are serious, but I'm confident that this is a serious component and probably the best of it's kind yet for joomla.

I just spent a half an hour on the demo server testing all the functionality but got error after error when converting leads and creating invoices. It would be great if the demo could be updated. And if you offered a money-back guarantee...
This software is nowhere near ready for use in a production environment. The developer claims the documentation for this product has been "almost ready" for over 4 months now. The bugs are too numerous and too severe. I have to cut my losses and move on to another component, but new users should be warned before making the mistake of purchasing jForce.

The overall interface looks very nice however the linking and development is still in it's infancy. If you are looking for a nice integrated contact manager then it will be nice. However if you are looking for time tracking ability and online billing like I was then this system is not for you. I bought it last week and they won't refund it because I had downloaded it.

Give their product another year of development and then check it out. Anyone with any questions about it or comments can email me.

This component is phenomenal! We were looking for a ticket system, billing solution, contact base, and this was BY FAR the best one, after trying several others. It is definitely money well spent.

Dave at extreme joomla gave immediate support to our needs, and we are beyond pleased with this purchase. jForce is definitely the way to go.

Wow, if this isn't one of the most needed extensions for Joomla. I've tried a number of billing systems and open source support ticket systems but to think that something that covers both is now a Joomla component. Kudos to the developers of this one and kudos again for having such a nice forum. This product looks very promising.
