I have spent some considerable time looking for a secure, easy to use (for me and the customer)ticket support system, and eventually settled on this one.

Integrating it into my site was a breeze, and configuring it took a few minutes before it was up and running in next to no time. I also purchased the additional Cron Plugin and that too was easy to install and configure.

Because I wanted to extend this component's functionality, especially in respect of managing it remotely from a Blackberry, I contacted their support.

Over the weeks that followed I received excellent support from Alexandru Plapana, who was extremely patient and supportive in guiding me through the range of functionality that this product provides, even to the extent of searching through the backend of my site to resolve a configuration issue, and providing me with an additional Cron script that extended the Cron Plugin's range.

It is always a leap of faith for someone like me to purchase software for the first time from a company I have not come across previously, especially as more and more of these companies adopt the 'membership subscription plan' route, for clients like me to obtain support.

Previous experience has taught me to be wary of such companies and schemes, as the support I and many others have received in the past has been virtually non-existent. That is certainly not the case with RSJoomla where the customer support, especially from Alexandru, has been outstanding, as well as having an excellent attitude towards customers like me, who are perhaps more demanding than most

I have been using this component for over a year now and since day 1 it was simple and easy to both install & configure.
A couple of issues did crop up that were swiftly answered by the support.
Reccomended to anyone needing a helpdesk/ticket system.

I had some issues with the using the product on our intranet site. After 26 replies via tickets with Alexandru the problem got sorted.

I am very impressed with the component. If you ever want to know what the word support means then you must try RSTicket's support.

This product has everything I wanted in a Help Desk Support system but had to rate it 4/5 for price reasons. I felt a competitor offers close to the same at a fraction of the price ($49 vs. $168 for unlimited domains).
Nice software though.
We have just begun using this in our company to track marketing requests. IT works well in other departments outside of IT and help desks.

Very good help desk component for my webshop. Much presale information and quick response to presale questions. Payment in my own language (dutch) and a lot of confirmation emails. Downloaded the component, installed including the cron plugin and it worked immediately. Language translation could be much better, but it was very easy to adapt the dutch.php file to my own wishes. Another thing is that I had to change the link people receive in their confirmation email. When you click on the link you go to the component, but on my website I needed a special page to go to. Adapted this manually in the language file.
Quick and Easy, Good support. Including plugins for Artio JoomSef and sh404Sef.
Like the rest of the software produced by this company (that I've installed), RSTickets has turned out to be a great choice for us. Installed very easily (and we run a very large help desk with no room for downtime or toiling). I highly recommend this as well as the RSForms Pro Software, I've bought them both a few times over for various sites. The only time I ever needed support was for my account itself, and they were so quick to assist.
Finally-- an easy to use, very affordable help desk.
Seems to do all it needs to do....and customizable.
Most important, is finally excellent support...
Many promise support-- they deliver it..

I purchased RSTickets with the email plug-in. The install was as expected for a Joomla component, simple. I configured RSTickets and installed the email plug-in from the RSTickets menu, simple. I sent an email to the address setup in the email plug-in. A ticket was created, a new user account was created, and I received an email that a new ticket was created, simple. Ticket system done.

time? 5 minutes...

Support: A few days later I sent an email from my Blackberry via an Exchange server. The ticket system started a new ticket, but the ticket text looked like a long encryption key, not simple. I started a support ticket. A "patch" was posted the next day with instructions to give it a try. Issue resolved, simple.

That is simply all I have to say. Enjoy it...
I have purchased several components from this same developer. I'm very satisfied with this choice. Their software is excellent and they provide wonderful support.

I bought the lisence of RStickets! for two months, I found the Tech Support and feedback is really excellent! he help me to solve the problem and modify the code in order to fulfill my request. He said my request change will be involved in next version. Hope this change can be let the other user much more convenient!

Ive used RSTickets on my site. As someone new to Joomla Ive found the system easy to install, and when I needed help with some custermisation the support was first class.

I must say… I’m very impressed with this extension. It is exactly what I was looking for, especially with the Cron plugin that enables you send out tickets directly through the email. Last, but not least the developer customer support… they helped me out every inch of the way… Overall good value for money!!!! I totally recommend this component

We have been looking for a ticket system for a while now. RSTickets has everything we have been looking for and then some. Very easy to install and user friendly. $$ well spent.

I have been using RSFrom for sometime and was always happy with how well it worked and how easy it was to get help. RSTickets is no different. It works really well right out of the box and is a great addition to my site. Sometimes we get spoiled with Joomla because so many products are free, but this product is worth every penny and the support is great.

I am Georgian. my language is very hard to understand and we use encode UTF-8.

I have several business and wanted good web-site. I have choosen JOOMLA!

the main communicatio method for me is E-tickets (helpdesk) and I have choosen the best RStickets.

everything was perfect: installed, translated the language easily and... caused a problem: when i type Georgian word (for example: მაგალითი, ???? appeared.

RSticket helpdesk has solved my problem in seconds.

they are the best!

I trust them and wish to buy as much products as they have!

We use RSTickets for an in-house employee website, to send requests to maintenance and IT departments. Works like a charm and makes for better organization of their work day. Install and use is a breeze, simple enough for employees to log in and submit tickets. Thanks for a great component!

Great component. Does exactly what it says and more. Really helped me setup a support ticketing website.
Support by their team is great. Longest wait for a response is if it is on a weekend or else you get it back i a matter of minutes

I use a LOT of Joomla components. I've modified countless components, dealt with forms, tech support, you name it.

When it comes to Helpdesk apps, this one takes the cake, no question. Especially with the ability to 'suck in' tickets that were e-mailed rather than submitted through a Web interface, this component is a winner.

I've tried just about every Helpdesk option available for Joomla, and this one is worth spending money on.

Also, the support is great. Especially when you spend a lot of time troubleshooting and rooting around forums, it's SO worth the small investment to be able to just send the developer an e-mail and get any issues resolved.

Support these guys that build us great apps! :)
