Lighthouse ComponentPluginLanguage

I'm writing the docs to explain how to use this pretty system. If you read the preface, you will understand the great opportunity, what zones bring us. I can't support the project permanently due to the lack of money. So any help from you will be really appreciated! My next goals are to extend partner access and user front interaction, to fix issues, to write advanced search and maybe something else... And now i take a rest for a couple of weeks

History

Lighthouse at Pharus - a lighthouse off the coast of Alexandria, Egypt, that was built by Sostratus of Cnidos in 290 BCE; the lighthouse stood 100m tall; it became one of the 7 wonders of the world.

Philosophy

Why Lighthouse? Lighthouse is the building what helps ships sailing safely. In fact my component allows people communicating safely too. Also it is free to everyone and has many zones, like the lighthouse is open for all sailors and shines in many directions. A priori zone is a public zone. Let you present mathematical organisation and another one (let it be a progressive rock band) wants to communicate so that nobody, except mentioned organisations, can even know about that. In this case all you need is to create a new zone. And now try to taste what i have done for today. If it is yours, i need a feedback. Let here be more light!

Trying to keep an all integrated portal-type system using Joomla, Lighthouse Helpdesk certainly fits the bill. The developer, Kostya, is amazing. He is very responsive to all bug reports and requests for enhancements. He works very hard as making Lighthouse top-of-the-line. He turns around patches and version almost weekly and we're not talking about broken stuff but more workflow functions.

I recommend this 5 stars.

I think this seems like another simple ticketing system. But the approach is very compelling. It's a cross between a knowledge base, Yahoo ask, and a ticketing system where others can see the questions as well as answers. Thanks.
