An online helpdesk is a great thing to have, even for a small site with only a couple of visitors a day. Unfortunately, online helpdesks don't come cheap, and the ones that say they're for free, often only are free for a couple of conversations a week/month etc.

But this little module is REALLY free, as it uses the msn messenger to establish connections. Users don't have to actually have an MSN account themselves, they can pop in just like that.

Only thing missing -as I told the developer too- is the ability to use a custom picture instead of a somewhat boring colored rectangle. But he said he was working on that too, for the next version.

Great module!

I have used this module on my site and is a great tool to be in contact with prospectis and clients, considering MSN is one of the most used IM worldwide. The only little detail is that the captcha characters are difficult to read and have to reload for another sets until you find one understandable. Despite this, is a good easy and useful module. Congratulations!

It is a very nice module. It may not be what I was looking for (a real live support extension) but in some cases I can think of it will be very useful.

All you need is a MSN account and then users can give a name and start chating with the owner of that MSN account.

I think the module still needs some tuning but with Miscrtosoft developing its Live Messenger it has great potential.

Great module easy to install. Your visitor should send you live question directly from your website via MSN. Better than the official MSN html code.

Very good and useful module. Better then the normal MSN features. Fully confurable. Can say only USE IT!
