Great module, so simple to use, and for FREE not only the the module but also the ongoing chat
and now I'm trying to change the default picture, but I'm going to keep the link OOOOOOOOOOps no, I have to remove it cause clicking on it takes me out of my website- this needs to be fixed- keep the link but make open in a new window
Reading the previous reviews made me aware of the tk issue- so I was careful following the documentation instructions hence had no difficulties at all

I bought this from downloading the free version, there was a problem which was sorted then i wished to purchase the full version. I did this by paying from a link that was sent over their own chat system but only just found out (it doesn't say on the bill) that it is $29.99 per month that will be automatically taken from your account.
I got in touch with them and they told me it clearly says what will happen on the terms and agreements which you have to click to view.
It doesn't say on the paypal bill either that it;s a monthly payment it just says (payment for 1 operator), i only found out because my card was changed and payment to them was cancelled.
They hid the fact that this was a monthly automated cost to me, i feel very cheated by this. I was told to file a complaint but i feel it should be very clear to people about the cost before they get to the site. Nice product though

This module was smooth and easy installation even quick start for me running joomla 1.5.15
Just wanted to let you guys know that this is a very good, and usefull app! There is a little bit of a trick to get it going, you cannot simply download the component, but you have to install the app on your computer as well. Also, when it is lookin for your id, soon as your app is loaded an id# will be present at the bottom of the screen on your app. Otherwise, the documentation with the video help, is very usefull. I would recomend this to all I know, been having great response from it as well.

One of the best Live Chat module available - easy to install and very user friendly.
Only issue I have found (and not resolved as yet) is in IE and Opera - the "Free Live Chat Software" link appears on page load but the Live Chat image (and user access to my live chat) does not load.
Hopefully someone will fix this.

I am sitting here byside myself. I am still finding Joomla! to be more brilliant every day with awesome extensions such as this. Everything works and works perfectly!

Before this I was using a Skype chat solution but i wanted a mod who serve also clients that has no Skype. I tried this mod. It's a super and easy mod that connect to the Volusion server. Just download the small software and install it on your computer. Sign on for free on there website to create a account. You can modify very easy your chat icoon and text via the software. If you use the free membership there's a small text down under the chat icoon "Free chat by Volusion" That's all. You can handle much customers at the same time. I think it's the best chat tool for support. Just try it!
This is the best chat module I've tried for chatting with your website visitors. Easy to use and looks really good on your site. However, it takes a bit more setup than they say on the site. You'll need to go to volusion.com and sign up for their free LiveChat app. Install it and it will give you some javascript with your ID number in it (which you can copy and paste into the joomla module). Also, they have a nice paid version of the app with more options and no link to the volusion website.

You can upload your own image with custom language within the Volusion's Chat application.
