I checked the website and saw the screenshots and it seems like a nice module. The problem is that you say it is non comercial but you only get a trial of 15 days, in my experience that is not non comercial but it is comercial because you need a client ID it is a pity that you dont say what it really is.

Hello, the Joomla module is non-commercial but the live messenger is a non-joomla commercial service. Sorry about the misunderstanding it may have caused.
