This plugin implements an inline live chat button to the bottom right of your Joomla site.
The cSupport live chat includes:

This plugin requires a cSupport Live Chat account. You can signup at https://csupporthq.com/pricing
- Installation in Joomla 3.0 -
1. Extract the downloaded zip package first
2. Install the plugin using the "Extensions" -> "Extension Manager" -> "Install" menu, use the cSupport_J3.0_v1.X.X.zip package.
3. When the plugin has been installed, go to "Extensions" -> "Plug-in Manager".
4. Find and click on the "cSupport Live Chat Plugin", then "General Settings". Enter your personal cSupport live chat domain. NB: It has to be in the form of "chat.csupporthq.com"
5. Make sure that the plugin is enabled and everything should be working.
- Installation in Joomla 1.7 -
1. Extract the downloaded zip package first
2. Install the plugin using the "Extensions" -> "Extension Manager" menu, use the cSupport_J1.5_J2.5_v1.X.X.zip package.
3. When the plugin has been installed, go to "Extensions" -> "Plug-in Manager".
4. Click on the cSupport live chat plugin and enter your personal cSupport live chat domain. NB: It has to be in the form of "chat.csupporthq.com"
5. Make sure that the plugin is enabled and everything should be working.

1. Extract the downloaded zip package first
2. First install the plugin using the "Extensions" -> "Install/Uninstall" menu, use the cSupport_J1.5_J2.5_v1.X.X.zip package.
3. When the plugin has been installed, go to "Extensions" -> "Plugin Manager".
4. Click on the cSupport live chat plugin and enter your personal cSupport live chat domain. NB: It has to be in the form of "chat.csupporthq.com"
5. Make sure that the plugin is enabled and everything should be working.
