I've been using expensive chatrooms for a long time on our sites. Just started using Universal Ajax Chat and it is excellent. Meets the needs of our clients and is easy to install and use. In comparison with other chat rooms it is well worth the little investment. Kudos!

The component is easy to install, like all joomla components.
Backend tuning is full of lots of possibilities.
Frontend Chat is easy to use, respect joomla look, and may be modified.
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT : works queeckly and easyly without any javascript conflict with others joomla components.
This component will become THE CHAT for Joomla.

Tried a few chatrooms for my site including JPF Chat, while they worked ok I wanted to try this chat room.
Ok costs a little money but installed no problem, and works great, no real chat lag like previous chat rooms I have tried. Only thing I would say is read the documentation as it explains how to set the "log out" button to take you back to your site, otherwise you will be stuck in the chatroom.
So first impressions are very positive. Keep up the good work.
