123 Flash Chat provides server software and hosting service as well, both of them are flexible with custom skin & exchangeable Logo, and also kinds of modes, such as popup & embeded. And they can be upgraded with professional tech support easily.

With the Joomla Post Notifier Module of 123 Flash Chat, you can integrate your Joomla website with any chat room of 123 Flash Chat. Therefore when you publish or edit a post on website, your chat users in those rooms will get a messenger alert with information of it.
It will help you to integrate the entire Joomla site all in one, and meanwhile helps your chat users to be practically kept posted with the dynamic update of your site.
New Functions added in this version:
* Add a new option to show chat room, you can choose popup windows mode or embeded one directly.

2)123 Flash Chat host solution;
3)The chat window's size could be also adjusted flexibly

* The connection number

4.Auto-login: Once logged in Joomla!, users don't have to re-enter their username or password again to access chat.

I have used the free version and I would say its done pretty good, whereas there is room for improvement... comparing to php free chat script which has so many votes that one is free and this one is commercial. Major drawback is that they sell different licenses for 50, 100, unlimited concurrent users, which is a bit weird.. Seller needs to bring the price down in order to get this product the exposure it needs.
This is a great product "123 Flash Chat" so I gave it an "Excellent". I bought the product three months a go and it is very stable and performing great. It is affordable, features rich, works smoothly on my RTL website, installation and support was perfect. Sales and Customer support are so friendly and works with me till I am completely satisfied.
I am owner of the commercial version. I also tested the 5$-Flashchat-Script and some other chats.
The 123flashchat is the best chat from the users point of view that I found. I have it hosted by the company and it is quick, easy to use, the Joomla-Integration (free version) is quick and easy.
The whole system is a little bit more complicated in the installation itself, because it´s a whole different system then Joomla and there is a need to connect two different servers, the chat-server and the Joomla-installation. While the free chat is installed quickly, there may be some difficulties in installing the full version. The Joomla-Module is installed the same, but you have to put some codes of your own or hosted chat-client in, in the moment the chat always directs to the free version, no matter that I bought it.
Even more complicated is the integration in vBulletin: Here you have to edit some of the php-files, which can be anoying in every update.
But ... remember two important points:
- The important point is the users point of view, and from this point this is the best chat I found. Once it is installed it works brilliant.
- I bought the script about 3 years ago and I see very good improvement in the developement of the integration. While it was a two-hour-process editing masses of php-files that time, now it is only the upload of some files and the edit is just some little code-snippets, few of them. And the rest ... adjusting paths until it works.
When you want to integrate a really good chat and nut "just a simple script", you will have to do some work. And if this is your goal, 123flashchat is maybe the best you can get (I didn´t find a better one.
As soon as the integration works "out-of-the-box" I will change my rating to five stars. ;-)

It's not only a great professional chat with a lot of nice modules.The support is even better.
I am not good in programming, but Alex did give me great support, he even made the impossible possible.

I've been using this on a site for over a year now and my users love it! I choose to have the chat room hosted on TopCMM's server to preserve my bandwidth and they took care of everything.
After having tried other chat room services I would highly recommend this product to any Joomla site owner looking for a fast, robust solution.

The free version of this product is great. It's a demo, that works very well, but the demo gives you little control over what users can and cannot do. I would NOT use the free version for anything but adults only access. There are other chat channels available that you cannot shut off available to any user that logs in.
The one complaint about support is simply unfair. This is essentially an extremely robust COMMERCIAL product. The free version is to show you what the paid version can do, and it does that job very well. There is NO such thing as a cheap chat room with this kind of capability (video and sound). No one should expect support for free for this kind of thing. I didn't buy it, but I have used the free demo. It's a great product but it's really only worth the money for an enterprise operation. If you've got a small site that only adults will use, the free demo is great.

I've used 123flashchat for the last couple of years on OohYa Chat and in my opinion is one of the best commercial chat software solutions out there.
In response to the support comment above, you really won't get very far asking the live desk sales support when it comes to technical issues. You really need to contact support@123flashchat.com where in my experience they have gone above and beyond to help us with technical issues, including integrating Joomla and community builder profiles with the chat software.

I set up a online daing website and was looking for a chat room with it. I was fortunate that I found 123 Flash Chat, not just because it is terrific itself, but also it can be integrated with Joomla i am using!
Now, the registered users of my website does not need to register with the chat room again and after they log in the website, they can enter the chat room directly with the same account with out imputing the account/pw again.
The integration can make the chat room even more convenient for your users. You can explore it!

It's easy to use while with kinds of functions that I can chat with others in a real-time condition.I really like it.On one hand,there are some shotcut buttons, remarkable name colors and so on which can let me chat more conveniently.The GUI of 123 Flash Chat is friendly and customizable .On the other hand,the response is quite fast and it takes on good security protection for users.So we can chat with our friends effectively and freely without worry.
