Forum Protection plugin is the most powerful anti spam plugin ever created for the Joomla 1.5 / 1.7 & 2.5 forum components. Our plugin is compatible with Joomla 1.5/1.6/1.7 & 2.5 without any code hack in the Joomla core files and works fine with Kunena forum, CCBoard forum, Discussion forum and Simplest Forum. (Forum protection v1.6 is compatible only with Kunena forum component)

Forum Protection plugin scans the forum messages and blocks spam messages, according to your forum’s/plugin configurations, even before they are saved in the forum database.

The plugin has a filter of bad words, a link (html/bbcode) scanner and a filter for special characters. This way, the plugin is able to block any message that does not comply to the forum rules. Depending on the configuration you use, the plugin security can be tighter or looser. The number of spam messages in your forum is now at your fingertips!

Instaled easly, No bugs no errors no problems easy to configure, Blocked all the spam posting straigh away :D I recommend this if you want to stop people making posts selling bank details or advertising.
