Only at Beta version 0.2 and already works like a charm.

Looks very good, clean code, and definitely the fastest forum around (I tested them all).

Easy to customize, you can make your own templates the easy way. (the forum is using the standard Joomla mvc).

Keep on the good work!!!

I would give it more, because I like it and its easy to use and to install, but even though it uses the user database, it doesnt fill in some information present on the core database.

Looking forward for upcoming releases that allow cb integration too:D.

First I tried Agora and was somehow disapppointed: too cumbersome, poor graphic layout. Thereafter I installed ccBoard and found it easy to deply and well designed. Great. Thanks to the developer!

We started with PHPBB, which is what Joomla! uses for their community board. It's a fantastic tool. But it was just too much for us - and linking the passwords, and cleaning the look-and-feel was beyond our capabilities.

We just wanted a simple forum, integrated with our community pages, and easy to use.

But not a TOO-simple board. And we wanted GPL so we could hack in any changes we needed in the future.

CCBoard went in first try. Looks amazing. Works like a charm. Has all the features we need. We love it. THANK YOU CCBoard !!!

Very nicely done! If you make it compadible with community builder, I think I will use it for my site. I believe many others as well would really want it to be compandible with cb, that's pretty much the only suggestion I can give you. Thanks for sharing this.

I gave this extension a 3 rating. I honestly can not, at the stage it is and compared to other options out there, give it any higher of a rating.

I can tell you , however, that out of all the ones I have tried, I am most excited about this one in the long run. This will be the one to beat in a short time, and I hope FireBoard is ready to hand over the crown, ccBoard is coming!

I am excited with this new forum extension for Joomla 1.5.
I have several requests which will be useful for SEO tricks:

1. ccBoard plugin for Xmap (one of the best maps component)
2. ccBoard plugin for SH404SEF / ArtioJoomSEF.

It will make the site with forum just magic.

Good luck!

By far the best as I've tried many others before this one. Very clean look, a few bugs but it works and works well. I can't wait to see what future releases will have in store. Thanks, RoyseCity.Info

I've tried using Fireboard, Agora, and this. So far CCBoard is definitely the best forum system i've used. It's quick, simple, and robust!

I Highly recommend it!

Looks nice and is clean looking, been waiting for a better alternative to fireboard. Very basic at the moment but works out of the box and looks to be worth sticking with and waiting for the improvements and extra features planned by Thomas the developer
