But I think it the most expensive one in the 3 products. It seems that the web chat bar has more functions than some other ones, but in any case, it is still just a Facebook like IM bar.
In my opinion, the best thing is that I can add my 123 Live Help to the free web chat bar.

We always want to create the best communication softwares, much better than others, not only for more functions, but also easy to use.
There are 3 possibilities:
1. You have them host the chat server, and an unlimited amount of users can chat but only as guests (their account names on Joomla are not recognized or remembered)
2. You host the chat server, the Joomla names are recognized and remembered, but only a maximum of 10 users can chat at the same time
3. You pay for a license, and more people can chat at the same time (starting with 50 and then up, depending on the plan and of course the price)
I have gotten as far as testing option 1. Yes, it works, and yes, you can chat. But I encountered these problems:
- People who try to chat, put in a name they want to use, but when they start to chat to someone they find themselves as "guest" again
- Even when it doesn't do that, changing your name often doesn't appear correctly everywhere
- One person using one name on one computer, and an entirely different person on a different computer (different IP and all) suddenly finds himself using the same name as the previous person
What is up with that? This way, you never know for sure who you're chatting to, or who other people think they're chatting to when talking to you!
So they have this live chat support, and I figured I should bring it up. After all, before taking it any step further to option 2 or 3, I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be wasting my time. After finally haven gotten a representative on the live chat window, I explain the situation. I get silence. After 5 minutes, I say "hello", and 5 minutes later I get the response "wait a minute". I ended up waiting over 2 hours, until the system said that I was disconnected, and I never got a response. If this is the suppor they give to their "potential" customers (whose money they have yet to earn), what support are they going to give to the customers who's money they already got in their pocket anyway?
When you look at their prices, you have to swallow a time or two. In a former review, they responded saying "The lowest price of life-time license is $199." but this is a blatant lie. If you go to their website and look at their pricing chart, you'll see that their cheapest price is $199 for anything at all, and it's certainly not a life-time license! In fact, a life-time license starts at the price of no less than $2999 (no this isn't a typo!). Unless you're trying to compete with Facebook and Myspace, that's just crazy!
While "waiting" for an answer from that representative, I continued to look for other solutions, and luckily I did as such, because with JBolo I can have more or less the same for only the one-time fee of $30 (no user usage limit!). I think it's outrageous that 123 Web Messenger asks 6 times as much for the same service, and this on a yearly basis instead of a one-time fee, and this for their "lowest" plan only with a user usage limit.
Before you give this guys your money, I can only recommend to test their software thoroughly first, or look at other solutions which will probably save you tons and tons of money!

For the fee, $199 is the one-time fee for basic edition of 50 concurrent users online. We think that will be fit for small website.
In addition, 123 Web Messenger has much more features than the JBolo, such as video chat, share image and files, smiley, edit avatar, signature, status and other info in profiles and changes of font, color and even background in chatting, etc. All these above I cannot find in JBolo.
Also we supply license for unlimited concurrent users for $1999 as you said.
But the main difference between $1999 and $30 is that how many users can run on per server actually. Everyone knows that the IM won't be really no users limited.
