I've installed this module on the Free Trial basis, this was a fairly straight-forward process, there's enough documentation from the developers site to answer your setup questions. The module works very well, with no slowing of pages in my site, (which was a serious problem with another live support extension, which had to be uninstalled). The user control panel interface is easy to use and makes personalising operations a quick & painless task. I'm satisfied it'll work well during the free trial period, if so, it's priced affordably thereafter.
