After nearly giving up trying to find a truly free live support module, I fell upon this module using a large amount of google-fu.
I installed the module before I even realised what livezilla was, and it wasn't until I went to their own website to see the solution to my problems right infront of me.
From what I understand, Joomla (and any other CMS) will change the code generated by the livezilla program when it's just pasted into a custom HTML module. This module avoids any setup issues whatsoever and got my online support up and running in seconds without any cost.
I'm over the moon and will be recommending this to a few of my web developer friends. Top marks Joomla-layouts :D

It is a NICE one,, helped me out , need some config, but its worth it..

I visited to their website and download windows installation file and excacute on windows 7 and connect to web server via FTP and upload 1.4MB of data to hosting account. open admin account on desktop and generate java code which need to past it into joomla module. double click my client on desktop and my status changed from offline to online....not that super difficult to install....but you need to build SQL db on hosting first and connect to that DB.....great extension for FREE chat....it's up and running on our site.
