Requirements to Configure Banckle Live Chat for Joomla:
You have downloaded this module.
You do have a Banckle account as well as a Joomla, 1.5 or above, user with Admin privileges.
Your Joomla website is hosted over the Internet and not on localhost, i.e. your local web server on your own machine/PC.
You have FTP admin-level access of your Joomla website.

It is a good app, but it takes you away from your site, outside of your own controls to their site. The app is clean and has an impressive amount of tools.

Its just Superb...works great and perfect
I installed this in about 5 min. flat and I am no techie. There is a very short learning curve on the actual site where you monitor your visitors And configure your settings but the dashboard is simply awesome. You can see who ever is on your site and you can see which pages they are on which pages they have been on and even where they come from in the world. You also get to see keywords used to find your website and other referrers apart from search engines. This thing is so customizable I have my own images now for off-line and online and my own alert sounds all programmed in. I have done test chat requests with friends and it's a very simple - it just works great. Thanks guys!
