== Instructions ==
1. Upload and Install the downloaded zip file using your extensions manager.
2. Go to components -> ClickDesk
Wait for the page to completely load. Signup and Login.
3. After logging in, the WidgetID field gets filled automatically.
4. Add an operator and verify the id by accepting the contact requests sent to the IM.
5. Go to your plugins section and search for ClickDesk. Enable the plugin for the ClickDesk live chat to appear on your entire Joomla website.

There's nothing wrong with making money, but BE HONEST with people up front so you don't waste their time. This component does not enable skype chat without paying for it.
Hi, The description is updated and clearly shows the limitations of the free plan.
The plugin is non-commercial and is free to use. Customization, ability to use Skype and other advanced features come with paid plans.
With LiveZilla I always had problems because the client had to be installed on every agent's computer.
This system makes it easy ... I can even respond to inquiries on my smartphone using my skype account!
The service (for any active site) will cost you, but DEFINITELY worth it if you need to provide professional live help at a reasonable cost.
