This is official ClickDesk live chat extension. Works along with similar support applications, chat components and plugins like zopim chat, olark, banckle live help, livezilla, liveperson, snapengage etc.
==Instructions==
1. Upload and Install the downloaded zip file from your extensions manager
2. Go to component -> clickdesk
Wait for the webpage to completely load. Signup and configure
Clicking and click 'install plugin' in the ClickDesk dashboard page after setting up operator and deparment
3. You should now see your WidgetID field filled automatically
4. Search for 'clickdesk' in the plugins section
5. Enable it
ClickDesk live chat now appears on your Joomla website.

I just got it installed. The GUI is wonderful and it look seemless. Immediately i got a few customers using the chat and I supported them via the chat. Using the Free package... Great job guys!
I've been using LiveZilla for a while, but when they started charging I decided to consider other (including paid) alternatives.
With LiveZilla I always had problems because the client had to be installed on every agent's computer.
This system makes it easy ... I can even respond to inquiries on my smartphone using my skype account!
The service (for any active site) will cost you, but DEFINITELY worth it if you need to provide professional live help at a reasonable cost.

This is excellent component! Very easy to use and very powerful. I used it to my website Rapidearth.com and it took 5 minutes to setup. 5 star from me!
